Work Environment
This position is primarily onsite with our home care patients in and around Smithtown, New York. Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid New York State Physical Therapy license.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective patient interactions and collaboration with team members.
  • Strong clinical assessment capabilities to ensure personalized and effective treatment plans.
Preferred Experience
  • Board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
