- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, with patients often referred by physicians specializing in orthopedic conditions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
- A current valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.
- At least two years of experience working in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting, with a solid understanding of orthopedic principles.
- Certification in Basic Life Support from an accredited organization such as the American Heart Association.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate treatment plans to patients and their families.
- Proficient in word processing and computer systems for documentation and patient management.
- Experience working within a rehabilitation facility with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
