Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher (Doctorate or Master's Degree preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient settings is required.
- A proven track record of strong clinical knowledge, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred; additional certifications in specialties such as geriatrics or neurological rehabilitation are a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as this enables flexibility for travel to various patient locations.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable.
