Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients diagnosed with orthopedic conditions.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, provide manual therapy, utilize modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, and engage patients in educational discussions about their treatment.
• Carefully monitor patient progress, making detailed notes of their improvements or setbacks, and communicate these observations back to supervising Physical Therapists to ensure optimal care.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them set and achieve realistic goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all supplies are stocked, and assist in the efficient flow of patients through the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus
Our patient demographics predominantly include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those managing chronic pain conditions. As a PTA, your empathetic approach will support a diverse group of patients ranging from athletes seeking quick recoveries to older adults working on mobility and strength.
Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a current Missouri PTA license.

• Ability to adhere to established protocols, remain organized, and maintain independence in completing tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
