Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to determine their physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment strategies utilizing a wide range of modalities, including therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and modern rehabilitation equipment.
  • Continuously monitor and document patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans to align with evolving therapeutic goals.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens, self-care strategies, and the correct use of any assistive devices, ensuring they understand how to maintain independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, advocating for patient needs at every step of the healing process.
  • Attend professional development workshops and conferences to expand your knowledge, keeping current with industry practices and trends.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will primarily work with patients recovering from a variety of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes. We focus on tailoring our approach to meet the individual needs of each patient, reinforcing our commitment to keeping them active and healthy.
Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this role.
  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Florida.

  • Proficient computer skills for maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
  • A strong desire to learn and apply the latest physical therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
