Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor individualized treatment programs based on evidence-based practice and the latest therapeutic modalities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, proper exercise techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and support staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
