- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
- Current certification and licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
- A clean record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.

- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, ideally including experience with platforms like WebPT.
- Previous experience working within an orthopedic outpatient setting, particularly with a focus on sports rehabilitation or post-surgical recovery.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate patients through their healing journey and to adapt treatment approaches based on individual patient responses.
- Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient management.
