Work Environment
In this full-time role, you will engage in onsite interactions primarily within patients' homes, providing a unique opportunity to deliver personalized care in a comfortable environment for those we serve. Your typical work week will comprise 40 hours with variable weekends, allowing flexibility while ensuring adequate support for our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
• Provide ongoing consultations to healthcare providers regarding the continuum of patient care, ensuring smooth transitions and effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive techniques to facilitate recovery, independence, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans in compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing communication with patients, families, and significant others to optimize adherence to treatment protocols and ensure emotional support throughout recovery.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, quality improvement projects, and marketing efforts to enhance program visibility and service delivery.
• Supervise and provide mentorship to physical therapy assistants, aides, and students to foster their development and uphold the standards of care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required to align with contemporary practice standards in the field.

Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
