Body Flow Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Fontana, California. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in an onsite outpatient office environment, where you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their strength and mobility through personalized therapy plans. The expected salary range for this role is USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement individualized therapy programs based on patient assessments, ensuring adherence to best practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and regimens, including advanced stretching and manual techniques tailored to each patient's specific needs.
  • Monitor and document patient progress before, during, and after therapy sessions, providing detailed reports to supervising licensed physical therapists.
  • Utilize various assistive devices and modalities, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercise equipment, to maximize treatment effectiveness.
  • Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care plans and self-management techniques to enhance recovery outcomes.
  • Mentor and train new staff on therapeutic techniques and clinic protocols to foster a culture of learning and professional development.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall operational goals of the clinic.
Patient Population / Client Focus
In this role, you will primarily serve patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, arthritis, and chronic pain disorders. You will collaborate closely with both patients and healthcare teams to implement treatment strategies that address individual needs and goals. This position is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about improving patients' physical function and quality of life.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from a CAPTE-Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
  • Possession of a valid California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in an outpatient clinic setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation processes.
