- Design and implement individualized therapy programs based on patient assessments, ensuring adherence to best practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and regimens, including advanced stretching and manual techniques tailored to each patient's specific needs.
- Monitor and document patient progress before, during, and after therapy sessions, providing detailed reports to supervising licensed physical therapists.
- Utilize various assistive devices and modalities, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercise equipment, to maximize treatment effectiveness.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care plans and self-management techniques to enhance recovery outcomes.
- Mentor and train new staff on therapeutic techniques and clinic protocols to foster a culture of learning and professional development.

Qualifications
- Graduation from a CAPTE-Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
- Possession of a valid California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with team members.
- Experience in an outpatient clinic setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation processes.
