- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
- Possession of a valid California Physical Therapist Assistant License and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.
- Strong clinical assessment capabilities combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

- A minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is preferred, especially in an orthopedic or hospital-based setting.
