- Administer Occupational Therapy via home care services
- Establish and carry out a plan of care
- Communicate effectively to interdisciplinary team members
- Case management
Position Requirements:
- Must have a Valid California Occupational Therapist License
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required
- Must Possess Clinical, Organizational, and Communication Skills
- Home Health experience a plus
