Open Position:
Production Operator
Starting Pay:
- Competitive pay starting at $24.96 and can go up to $ 29.34 /hour once certified.
As a Production Operator, you will be part of a team that keeps our manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently, and with pride for the products we produce and the customers we serve. This role is a great fit for individuals who want structured work schedules, benefits starting on your first day, and opportunities to grow.

Requirements:
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
- Minimum six (6) months of manufacturing experience.
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a weekly fixed (i.e., 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, and 7pm-7am)

What You Do
- Follow safe work behaviors and look out for hazards
- Follow safe operating procedures and customer specifications to produce high quality products delivered on time
- Operate automated, production, converting, molding, assembly, and packaging equipment while meeting performance/output goals
- Monitor processes, order inputs, load materials, inspect materials, and performing quality inspections to release product
- Create a positive, inclusive work environment
- Use a computer and computer controls to run equipment
