Open Position:
Production Operator
Starting Pay:
  • Competitive pay starting at $24.96 and can go up to $ 29.34 /hour once certified.

As a Production Operator, you will be part of a team that keeps our manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently, and with pride for the products we produce and the customers we serve. Requirements:
  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • Minimum six (6) months of manufacturing experience.
  • Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a weekly fixed (i.e., 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, and 7pm-7am)

What You Do
  • Follow safe work behaviors and look out for hazards
  • Follow safe operating procedures and customer specifications to produce high quality products delivered on time
  • Operate automated, production, converting, molding, assembly, and packaging equipment while meeting performance/output goals
  • Monitor processes, order inputs, load materials, inspect materials, and performing quality inspections to release product
  • Create a positive, inclusive work environment
  • Use a computer and computer controls to run equipment
